You’ll love this location: just a quick walk or shuttle ride away from the Snowflake Lift, then ski back to the complex on 4 O'Clock Run. It’s just a two-block stroll to Main Street, and you can take the footpath to the seasonal Upper Village Pool and Hot Tubs or enjoy a relaxing soak in the on-site communal hot tub as well. Sundowner II Treeline Condo is a wonderful in-town condo close to the slopes!

This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is fantastic for families and groups of up to eight — and with two bedroom/suites with private bathrooms, it’s great for two couples to share! The living room features a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a large sectional couch. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed when you’re not exploring all the nearby dining options downtown! There’s seating for eight at the dining table.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. This condo was great!

It was in a great location! We loved that we could walk to town. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and I loved that the washer/dryer was in the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and wonderful location!

This property is super nice as shown in the pictures and the location is wonderful. You can walk to town, walk to the lift or take the bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This property was perfect for our family. The location in Breckenridge was perfect - an easy 5 minute walk down the hill to city center. The updated features made it very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay there.

Wonderful time

We had such a wonderful time the condo was super clean and we loved the location. About a 4 min walk to snowflake lift and an easy walk into town. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The pool was pretty cold but the hot tubs were wonderful.

Good times- Great skiing

We were visiting Breckenridge for the first time with another family; 4 adults & 4 elementary aged kids. The condo worked perfectly for our group, with kids in the bunk room and adults in other room and on living-room pull out. The co do was well appointed with everything we needed. The snowflake lift is a short walk up hill from the condo and the 4 o'clock run goes right past the condos across the street. Breckenridge was very easy to navigate for the first time visitors and excellent for all abilities. Thank you we had a wonderful visit!

Breck > Texas Summer Heat

Overall, pretty great. Check in was easy and seamless (texts are amazing vs email). Location was perfect, and the condo was clean. A few minor suggestions: master bed (king) could use a replacement (a tad worn on each side with a jump in the middle), and the master bath shower could use a door or curtain (water spilled out everywhere while showering). Only other slight issue was the downstairs bathroom would make a loud water noise off/on all throughout the night (like the sound of water flushing and refilling, even though no one in our unit was using that restroom). Woke me up several times during the night. I never actually received a parking pass via email (that I know of), but wasn’t an issue for us, as we simply parked outside in community parking. Family was super pleased, and cost was very affordable - so again, overall a great experience.

Girls trip to Breck

We had a fabulous time staying at this location. Checking in was a breeze. They send you a text message when the place is ready and the message has all the codes needed to access everything. The unit was very nice and clean. The kitchen had a lot of cooking supplies. The master was great but the second bedroom's bed was a nice surprise. In the pictures it looked like a standard bunk bed, but there was an additional full size trundle bed as well. You could easily fit a family of 5 in the second room. We stayed during the summer so we did not use the locked ski closet outside the front door, but I thought it would be great for winter guest. It was a good size and would easily hold everyone's gear. The only issue we ran into was the air didn't seem to kick on properly. However, Colorado temps drop a lot at night in the summer so just leaving the windows open at night and even throughout the day was no problem. Location, location, location!! It was fabulous. An easy 5-8 minute walk one direction and you are right downtown or a 8 minute walk in the other direction you are at the base of the mountain. It was great! The grounds were well maintained and it was so pretty in the area. We had a lovely stay and would go back to stay in the winter for skiing. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone going to Breck year round.

Great location. Easy walk to town and snowflake lift. Right off of yellow bus route so if walking in ski boots to the lift or home from lift is not your thing (especially with kids) the bus stops right in front/acrossthe street.

Nice, Updated Condo

Great condo. Location is across the street from the 4 O'Clock run. Bus is located at the entrance to the complex. Or, you can walk uphill about 200 yards to the Snowflake lift. Kitchen is well equipped, even with a blender. Property was very clean upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Just steps away from the Snowflake lift and a 10 min walk to everything on Main Street the location is perfect. The recent upgrades made this a great place for my family of 5. Would highly recommend considering this unit for your stay in Breck.

Short walk to downtown Breckinridge, bus stop right in front of the building. Clean, comfortable, it had everything we needed. The 2nd bedroom could be better set up, not really a fan of the queen bunk bed because it takes too much space. Other than that it was the perfect stay!!!

Great location

Great location. Very short walk to Main Street. Condo was quiet. We loved the big couch to enjoy together as a family. Our kids enjoyed the bunk bed room and having their own space and bathroom. The pool was very close. We thought we would have to drive there but it was just a brief walk to the edge of the parking lot. The only negative I have about the condo was that there wasn’t an ice maker in the freezer and no water/ice in the door of the fridge either. There were a few gnats in the master bathroom when we arrived.

Perfect Home Away from Home

From the second you walk into to this property you are so pleasantly comforted because it is decorated tastefully and feels so homey. It was comfortable and spacious, equipped with sufficient linens, towels, kitchen accessories. It had something that many other rentals do not.... A FULL LENGTH MIRRIOR... THANK YOU!!! I do like to see what I look like even when I'm on vacation. :) It is so cozy with the fireplace and the little sitting area in the back. We enjoyed it very much. You can walk to the slopes and to town and the Free Shuttle is less than a block away. This place was simply perfect! We hope to stay there again.

Family Christmas Memories

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was everything that the description stated. The ski closet and rubber mats were great for helping to keep the mess out of the condo! The kitchen was fully stocked, making our meal times very easy. Everything was clean and the unit was fresh. We especially enjoyed the short 5 minute walk to the Snowflake chair lift. Overall a great location for walking to the chair lift or Main Street; however, COVID limited most of our typical outings. We would recommend this condo to our friends and family, and would rebook if our travels bring us back to Breck. Thank you to the owners for making your home so welcoming.

Ski trip

Great place to stay. Centrally located. Easy access to everything. Kitchen was stocked with a lot of stuff. Could hear people below us quite well. Only allowed to turn thermostat no higher than 72, we are from a warmer climate but managed OK with temps. Garage parking great.
