And for those who love to grill, an outdoor gas grill awaits your culinary prowess. Onsite amenities include free parking for one vehicle, an oversized outdoor hot tub, on-site laundry facilities that uses a smart-phone app for payment, coin-operated ski storage, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Trails End is going to be undergoing construction starting when the Base of Peak 9 closes for the 24/25 ski season. Once closed, Trails End's hot-tubs and sauna will be shut off, and they will block the rear entrance of the building for a major remodel. The closure will likely take place from mid-April to December. The HOA tells us that noise may occur through the complex while they work.

The Upper Village Pool Complex is scheduled to close April 13th and reopen May 23rd.

As if that weren't enough, guests can revel in seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex. Second time staying at Trails End. Excellent location especially if you want to walk into town and/or looking for a ski in/out from Peak 9. Easy check-in/out, clean units, nice views, adequately stocked kitchen and enjoyed being able to bbq on the deck. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the convenient location at the base of Peak 9 and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was great enjoying the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. We would definitely stay here again!

Check-in was very easy. The condo looked just as it did in the pictures on VRBO. The room was very clean and well decorated. The view was very nice. Only problem we noticed and you will see in other comments is that the rail on the balcony doesn’t feel as sturdy as it should. Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ideal ski in - ski out location with walking access to town. Condo was roomy enough for my wife and me and our son who slept on the sofa bed. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Bathroom was clean and renovated - could still use some baseboards to finish it. Laundry was easy to do, right down the hall. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was perfect for us. We liked the price and it was definitely ski in and ski out. Laundry right off the elevator and it was clean. A little dated but that's the only negative. We would stay here again. We walked everywhere. Great location. Being on the top floor helped with noise.

Unit was great. Clean with everything we needed. Lots of short-term rentals in the building but really not a problem. Beautiful mountain view, easy to get to, top floor was a plus. Pool and hot tub are tired but nevertheless a pool a short walk across the street. Easy walk to downtown with lots of restaurants. FYI as of this review there is a long-term construction project down and across the street. The major building is up but other daily construction occurs. They seem to comply with the noise rules during evenings and weekends but expect some noise at times. We were gone most days so not a huge problem. If concerned maybe try the back side of the building.
