"This was our first time visiting Colorado, and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience! The hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone made our stay enjoyable and welcoming. The only downside was that the gondolas were not operating during our visit, which we were told was a seasonal thing. Other than that, everything was perfect! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to come back for our next trip!"

"I arrived for 1 night off-season. Overall I was pleased with my stay, but was disappointed that the gondola was not running (website did not say only in season), and all restaurants and other amenities were also not available. The only available amenities were the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Staff was very nice and informative. Beds including the pull out sofa were very comfortable!"

"We loved our stay! The front desk staff was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and quick. The facilities were clean, and so easy to book all the extra fun. We wish there were more breakfast options on the resort premises, but the waffles were good."
