Just 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, this home is an ideal basecamp for exploring the mountains, whether you're hitting the slopes, hiking scenic trails, or simply enjoying quality time with family and friends. Amenity extras at Wilderness Woods House include an outdoor gas grill; multiple outdoor patio spaces; a wet bar in the living room; and a full laundry room. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Bedroom #2: Queen bed. (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom #3: Two bunk beds (twin/twin). (sleeps 4)

Middle Level:
- King Master Suite: King bed, smart tv, private bathroom w/ dual vanities. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in (for stays less than 30 days).
- For stays of 30 days or longer, a $1,000 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at time of booking.

Intimate and comfortable mountain getaway

Close enough to Breckenridge to be convenient, far enough away to feel like you are deep in the woods. Who loved staying here. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was hot. The kitchen was well stocked and very easy to use. We highly recommend this rental.

Great stay, just a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle of Breckenridge, but close enough to enjoy all Breck has to offer. Saw a couple moose and fox in the back yard. Just a great stay!

January 2022 Stay

This house is gorgeous. It has beautiful decor and is very cozy. Everything is in new condition, with thoughtful additions throughout. The kitchen is fully supplied with all cook and dining ware. The underfloor heating kept the house very cosy, and the hot tub in the snow was amazing. Everything was very clean. A wonderfully quiet community within a short drive to Brackenridge town

Great Getaway

House was great. A few cleaning items, wrappers missed under couch, cobwebs behind doors, nothing major. Kitchen was very well supplied. Unfortunately the fireplace quit working but maintenance was pretty quick and tried to fix it, but couldn't during our stay. Quiet neighborhood away from town, but just a short drive to town and skiing. Enjoyed the peace and hot tub!

November 2021 Stay

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication with management was great and to the point, check-in instructions were very clear. The neighborhood feel is remote.  With no thru traffic and houses far apart it is very quiet. The winter feeling is serene! At the same time you are only a 10-minute drive from the center of Breckenridge, which is a cute little town with a bunch of great restaurants and cafes (try Mimo Tapas, authentic Spanish food and superb service). The house is perfectly maintained and very inviting after a day on the slopes. Kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and everything you need to cook and drink. Really liked the comfy chair and sofa in the upstairs corridor - extra nooks to get away with a book from the rest of the group.
