Lovely isolated resort. Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside. Easy access to local restaurants and shopping.

Very charming hotel

We were very pleasantly surprised by our stay here. We expected something "middle of the road," but were impressed at every corner by the kindness of staff, cleanliness of facility, spa options, restaurant quality (breakfasts were amazing, and our one dinner was a real treat), and wine selection. We will absolutely be back on our next trip to South Moravia. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at the Kiwi. Darina, the owner, offered to fetch me at the train station and drove me to her pension. No charge. The room was clean, comfortable, and neatly appointed. Breakfast (not included) was very good: eggs, sausages, bread, fruit, etc. There’s a nice supply of beer, wine, and other beverages in a cooler. The place is about a 15 minute walk to the main square. Darina also arranged for my use of an ebike (not included.) When I checked out, Darina’s husband drove me...

This was much more than expected. The front desk was welcoming. The room was different but great, with ac. The wine was devine and the food was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course! We will definitely be back. We have to find a place like this in the states.

Wonderful experience at this new hotel / restaurant in Malacky, just north of Bratislava. Owned & operated by a local family that did an excellent job renovating the property while preserving and promoting the history of the area. The restaurant / bar is exceptional and the best in the area in my opinion. The hotel has only 10 rooms and 1 apartment. Very clean, modern and well appointed rooms. Modern heating and cooling systems in each and well appointed bathrooms. Ask the owners for a...

Was wonderful. Was had to wait awhile to check in, but there was self-service wine and we sat outside in the garden on the beautiful sunny afternoon. The rooms were large and lovely, very comfy beds, large bathroom, the heaters were plenty warm. We did a tour of the winery production and had a heuriger dinner that evening. Situated in a beautiful paet of the Weinvertel, and there are ample opportunities to hike and ride bike. Lots of other wineries nearby as well.
