"Our stay was fine for the short time we were there as a place to lay our heads but for the price we paid I was a little disappointed. In all honesty The beds felt like a horse has broken them in, we have all woken up with sore backs today so definitely need adjusting (or even a mattress topper) the curtains were very thin so we were all woken up with the light first thing which was also frustrating as we wanted to make the most of the rest. "I visit many hotels and there are too many major hotel chains that do not maintain high levels of service. This hotel was a welcome change as the standards throughout were very high. A special mention for the staff who were so helpful, and to the very high standards of the outside areas. So pleasing to see no litter but properly maintained gardens and walkways. Well done. "
