Enjoy this stylish space, completely surrounded by a vast natural garden. A place for young and old, where you can relax and spend a wonderful time together. In winter in front of the fireplace and in summer around the BBQ enjoying the sunset. On colder days a campfire keeps you comfortably warm outside. This modern house is the place to recharge in all seasons.

Wäller Haus is a modern, energy-efficient designer home built in 2020, nestled in a beautiful natural setting and designed to offer a unique experience. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living area, about 50 m², with large panoramic windows that bring the beauty of nature indoors and invite you to relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including various coffee makers like a Senseo, Moka pot, and French press. For families with children, a "Tripp Trapp" high chair and a selection of toys are available.

The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a 55” Smart TV, a fireplace, a selection of books, and board games for relaxing and fun evenings. The ground floor is barrier-free, making it ideal for guests of all ages, and includes a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet (guest toilet), and a bedroom with direct access to the garden.

An open staircase (without railing!) leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a large bedroom with a king-size bed, comfortable seating, and a single bed, as well as an open workspace for those seeking peace and inspiration. The cozy "Loft Bedroom" is a charming partially enclosed space with an elegant curtain for added privacy.

Outside, a fully enclosed garden of approximately 2500 m² awaits, featuring multiple seating areas, comfortable sun loungers, a barbecue, and a sun umbrella for warm days. Take in the tranquility, greenery, and fresh air surrounding you. For electric vehicles, a charging station is available (advance booking required).

Ein perfektes Wochenende mit Freunden

Alles war in einem gepflegten und sauberen Zustand und wirkte fast wie neu. Garten und Wohnzimmer laden zum Spielen, Verweilen und Kochen ein. Zudem kann man in der Gegend schön Wandern gehen. Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit. Alles war zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit. Vielen Dank!

Schönes Haus, tolle technische Ausstattung. Haus aber nicht für mehr als 4 Personen geeignet, auch im Hinblick auf nur ein Bad und eine Toilette. Das Inserat deckt sich nicht ganz mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Check in zu spät, Check out zu früh. Preis-Leistung ?

Sehr sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort. Das Haus ist einfach fantastisch. Alles hat gestimmt. Wenn man es nicht besser wüsste, würde man meinen man wäre der erste Gast dort. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt und organisiert. Sogar eine Zahnbürste war vorhanden, für den Fall das man seine vergisst. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und einen liebevollen Blick auf wirklich alles wichtige . Klare Weiterempfehlung. Sind wir noch einmal in der Nähe, kommen wir gerne falls noch nicht reserviert wieder dorthin.

Abschalten in der Natur

In Elmer’s & Nicole’s Häuschen konnten wir herrlich vom Städte-Stress abschalten. Freundlicher und hilfreicher Kontakt vorab sowie ein gut ausgestattetes, schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage zu ein paar Wanderrouten haben den Urlaub komplett gemacht. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus mit großem Grundstück

Wir als 6-köpfige Familie (Kinder 4-14) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das ist Haus ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab auch Spiele für alle Altersklassen, was wir auch genutzt haben. Ein Kaminofen rundet das schöne Ambiente vollends ab. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut, die Betten bequem. Das Haus selbst steht auf einem großen, umzäunten Grundstück, so dass wir unseren Hund auch im Garten laufen lassen konnten. Auf dem Grundstück selbst sind noch mehrere kleinere Beete angelegt, wo im Frühling viele Erdbeeren wachsen können. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, uns hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an Elmar & Nicole!
