"Entregaram um quarto sujo, com café seco derrubado no móvel, banheiro sujo com sujeira nos azulejos, nem o papel higiênico que o estava quase no final do rolo trocaram. Reclamamos trocaram de quarto, o outro quarto cheirava esgoto puro, estrutura precisa de uma reforma urgente. "
