"We booked two rooms for our family and the first room was not made at all, entirely dirty. The second room was made but was still really dirty, holes in the wall, shaky bed, dirty bathroom - toilet not flushed. We booked two other rooms at the Moxy. Also not the first bad experience with a&o hostel but this was insane. Never again, pay a few Euros more for a clean hotel! Hotels.com didn't help us at all."

"I stayed at this property 1.5 years ago and it was nice, so I booked again. Unfortunately this time I was deeply disappointed. I arrived on a Sunday at 11:40 am and nobody was at the reception, with a notice on the door that reception is closed from 12 to 3. The cleaning lady seemed unable to help with opening the luggage storage. "I didn't known that it was needed to bring my own bedsheets and pillows - at least the receptionist was gentle and explained to us this condition and offered us to borrow these items from the hostel for 3€ per person. The room is nice and clean. The shared bathroom is ok, it is strange that the light switch is outside the bathroom."

"The apartment is beautiful, spacious and clean. The only thing that you should consider: it’s really central and in front of the apartment there’s a tram station which of course is pretty loud. But thanks to the Ohropax that where in the limehome goodie box I could sleep well. So no minus here as they anticipated the need and cared for in advance. "

"Das Segelschiff lag in einem Hafen in der der Überseestadt von Bremen. Wir hatten anfangs Probleme beim Einstieg, da meine Mutter nicht mehr die jüngste ist und es keine Treppe aufs Schiff gibt. Sie hat es dennoch geschafft ihre Ängste zu überwinden und mit unserer Hilfe einzusteigen. Das Segelschiff bietet viel Stauraum auf engstem Raum, Küche, Toilette/Bad sind vorhanden.
