"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Diamond Oaks Ranch as there were no vacancy at the ranch. It was about 15 minutes away, which wasn’t bad. We had a minor miscommunication for our reservation due to Vrbo not notifying the host, but when I reached out, the host was immediately responsive and resolved the situation. "Cottage was quaint and cozy, a little close to the road, but not an issue unless you are on the porch. Internet speed was slow for streaming and outside areas could use some cleaning. Overall we enjoyed the relaxing getaway on a rainy weekend."
