Excellent staff, a great location just a little away from the tourist bustle with a wonderful garden and roof terrace for peaceful relaxation, and lovely extras like a free drink on arrival and chocolate when you left. The room was well appointed, very quiet and with great air con and shutters for the hot weather. The breakfast was totally worth the cost: a great spread you could enjoy in the garden to the sound of the birds and the trickling fountain. There were lovely quirky decorative touches throughout too. We hope to be back again."

"A wonderful hotel with a great view over the mountains and train tracks - the room was a little on the small side, but the stay was extremely comfortable and staff were welcoming. The breakfast provided was also of a good variety and I would recommend this hotel to all who may want to have a convenient option for lodging near the Innsbruck train station."
