"I had delays in getting to the hotel as I was participating in a tournament in David City. I was attended by the owner, Mr. Jaume who waited for me to arrive to the hotel through the late hours. I reached the hotel at 11:30pm and he was there waiting for me for check-in. He was patient, cordial and helped me carry my bags to the room. Also, on one of the nights I requested a dessert which got late, so as a compensation for the lateness, they did not charge me for it. The breakfast was very good, and tasty. The staff was very cordial and service oriented. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a coffee machine with very good tasting coffee."

Antes on the sink, the staff told me that "usually happens". No mosquito screen. You need to sleep with windows opens, which usually slam at night. You can hear your neighbor through the walls. Mattresses are really hard. The keys did not work. Staff told me to "insert the key slightly". That was their solution, did not work. I don't know what happened to Casa Grande Bambito.
