"Only 10 minutes in car from the city center. Super helpful host. Big spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. Beautiful windows and quiet neighborhood. We booked it an hour before arriving and they had it ready for us when we arrived. Super accommodating."

"Ludovica was an exceptional host and communicated our check in details in advance to make it seamless. Loved the apartment interior not something we see at home. Beds were super comfortable. Absolutely loved Verona and wish we had more time to spend there. Due to the short time we had the proximity to all the attractions was amazing. Thank you for a fantastic stay. "

"This apartment is very large and perfectly located in Verona. Quick walk to my Italian language school and all of Centro Storico. Got advice from the lovely host on access to other wine towns. Bathroom was clean and modern. Washer worked perfectly plus nice balcony space for drying clothes on warm days. Verona is a great city and we loved staying here for two weeks! "

"We enjoyed everything about our stay! The rooms were gorgeous and set up with everything we could need and plenty of space for 4 of us. The staff was was helpful and welcoming. We loved the amenities such as toiletries, wifi, AC, the shower was amazing! We were taken to the breakfast area and it was excellent! Such attentive care from the staff. We were offered everything from fresh juice, coffee, pastries and menu-based breakfasts, hot and fresh when ordered. The location is amazing with the lake and castle minutes away. I would love to go back!"
"We stopped for one night, and the kids loved it. The safe had a little game where they had to find clues to guess the safe combination to win a prize, which was great. Everything was clean and the shuttle bus service was great for getting to and from the theme park easily"
"The Hotel is in a beautiful location and first impressions are superb. There is a small plaque suggesting that’s it’s a boutique hotel where I would rate it less so. It lacks such detail and finesse.
Our family room for four was inadequate in terms of a small sofa bed. They should have family suites.
The staff are all happy yet they could do with more training and again finesse on the personal service side - particularly at the restaurant where we felt ignored at times. The younger staff being better than those above them. The reception staff were great.
The restaurant has a limited menu and is expensive, so most opt for the cheaper yet delicious pizzas. No pasta or salad to choose from and the other dishes are very small. There is no real, cozy/elegant/boutique bar area, just one that is an unmanned, used to service the restaurant.
Breakfast is amazing but again, the breakfast area could be so much more homely and elegant - airing boutique.
There is a shuttle to town but nothing late so you have to get a taxi back which isn’t easy or great.
I would try another hotel in the same area again first but would definitely go back.
It would be great to see these improvements to give it a higher rate and review."
"A nice hotel in a great location. Easy to walk to from Porta Nuova and also a short walk to Piazza Bra and Via Mazzini. The staff are so helpful. We had lunch at the hotel which was nice and great value. Also nice cocktails served by pleasant bar staff. All in all I would recommend this Hotel."
"The rooms were nice and the staff and the breakfast were both excellent, great location to short walk to the beach
Thank you, Daniela for the excellent restaurant recommendation. We never would’ve found that place without you."
"Great location along the waterfront and old town Desenzano! Pleasant and very helpful staff. Great Lake view from rooms. Definitely a great choice for visiting Lake Garda!"
