"An absolutely stunning lodge with beautiful and considered decor. The views are beyond breath-taking. Hosts Sam and Gordon were warm and welcoming and arranged a private chef to cook a meal for our group of 6, served outside with a view across the lagoon to the mountains - bliss Just sad we couldn't stay longer. "We had a great stay here on our trip through the garden route. The property was well maintained, had amazing views, and had a friendly staff. Upon arrival the owner greeted us and gave us the rundown of property and local eats. My only regret was not staying in this location longer. You won’t be disappointed with this property or location. "A beautiful hotel overlooking an even more beautiful lagoon. We had a large room overlooking the lagoon and there are some huge suites. The staff were all friendly and excellent. Norman was extremely helpful and happy to advise us on how to get the most from the time we had in Knysna, including an excellent restaurant recommendation."
