Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und es gab Kaffee zur Begrüßung. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir zuvorkommend und freundlichst behandelt. Wir durften uns ein Apartment aussuchen und erhielten entgegen unserer Buchung ein wunderschönes Apartment in der ersten Etage mit Seeblick. Regelmäßig wurde die Wohnung gereinigt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet blieb kein Wunsch offen. Einziger Wermutstropfen; das Wasser im Pool wurde trüb und die Nutzung machte nicht mehr wirklich Spaß. Wir möchten das Hotel und die Apartments auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wenn wir nochmal zum Gardasee fahren, dann in die Residence Rosmari.
