The property offers excellent access to the train station, conference center, waterview parks, and city center. The windows are excellent in blocking sound, but the lack of air conditioning made it necessary to keep them open. The rooms and the breakfast are both simple, but adequate. The rooms are good value for the price.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und man kann gut von dort zu Fuß Brest erkunden. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber, allerdings hatte der Teppich einige Flecken und der Fensterrahmen war stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war zu teuer.
