Had a good holiday.
We were welcomed by the owner who was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and the decor was modern. It had a very spacious outlay and a lovely ambience. Almost everything we needed was in the property. The terrace overlooked the beautiful garden. The bus stop is a 5 minutes walk just down a hill then up, easy to get to places. All in all was a really good holiday.

Zuhause im Urlaub
Wir haben sehr angenehme Tage in Brest verbracht, wobei das "Ferienhaus" sich wie ein Zuhause angefühlt hat. Die Kinder haben sich wohl gefühlt, ebenso die Erwachsenen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen, ebenso der Strand und die Bushaltestelle. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Lage des Hauses beim botanischen Garten kann nicht besser sein. Sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus mit (wirklich) riesigem Garten sehr wohl geführt. Man ist in ca 45-60 Minuten an allen Orten auf Crozon oder an der Westküste (Kermorvan) und hat für Regentage das Oceanopolis und das Schwimmbad direkt um die Ecke.

Traum Urlaub
Wir haben mit unseren vier Kindern unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Traum Haus verbracht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt… die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben sich große Mühe mit der Verständigung gegeben, da wir wenig bis kein Französisch sprechen. Der Garten, oder sollte man Park sagen ist ein Traum. Die Nähe zum Stadtstrand in Brest hat unseren Kindern gut gefallen. Wir haben zu Fuß, durch den botanischen Garten nicht länger als 15 Minuten gebraucht. Von Brest aus kann man viele schöne Orte der Bretagne gut erreichen. Wir würden unsere Ferien immer wieder dort verbringen. Vielen Dank!!

Tolles Haus, gute Lage, riesiger Garten
Wir haben in dem Haus sehr schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht. Es ist top gepflegt, liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man im Alltag braucht. Der Garten ist riesig und sieht aus wie in einer Gartenzeitschrift - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Bäckerei, Supermarkt sowie Spielplatz beim Botanischen Garten sind in der Nähe und fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Ehepaar Menez ist überaus freundlich und unkompliziert. Uns und unseren vier Kindern hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus, wunderbar gelegen
Wir hatten zwei Wochen Familienurlaub mit zwei Jungs im Haus. Es gibt innen mehr Raum, als es auf den Bildern scheint. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Man merkt, dass das Haus neben der Saison liebevoll bewohnt wird. Der Garten ist wundervoll mit einer großen Wiese und die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einer guten Gegend mit einem sehr guten Bäcker, der 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen und danken Genevieve und Francois für den tollen Empfang und die gute Erreichbarkeit bei Fragen. Sehr gern wieder ..

Ne pas faire confiance aux photos : c'est en fait beaucoup plus spacieux. La vue sur le jardin est fabuleuse : c'est un vallon fleuri ceinturé d'arbres gigantesques, et au milieu un hypnotisant pommier chargé de fruits (en Août tout au moins). La maison est très bien équipée, que ce soit la cuisine ou le salon (très bel écran TV). La véranda permet de profiter du jardin quand la météo est capricieuse. Très belle terrasse avec une seconde cuisine à disposition.

Wunderschönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus
Wir wurden sehr freundlich von M. und Mme. Menez empfangen und durch das wunderschöne Haus geführt. Für alle Elektrogeräte gibt es eine Gebrauchsanweisung und die Küche verfügt über alles, was das Herz eines Koches begehrt inkl. Hummergabeln! Von dem Küchenbalkon und der Terasse genießt man den Blick in den gepflegten Garten und kann sogar abends oft Rehe beobachten, die sich heruntergefallene Äpfel schmecken lassen von denen wir uns auch bedienen durften. Die Schlafzimmer, das Wohn- und Eßzimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Wintergarten lädt zum Verweilen an kühleren Tagen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist ideal. Der nächste Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, genauso wie die nächste Boulangerie. Und zum Botanischen Garten sind es ebenfalls nur ein paar Schritte. Vielen Dank nochmal an Fam. Menez auch für die frisch geernteten Zucchinis und die Gallettes, die sie uns geschenkt haben. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Einzig habe ich bedauert, dass mein Französisch nicht für eine richtige Konversation ausreicht. Einen Tipp noch an pfandverwöhnte Deutsche. Der Mülleimer für Plastik wird nur alle 2 Wochen geleert. Wir haben die Flaschen einfach so hinein geworfen. Das war ein Fehler, denn er ist erstaunlich schnell voll. Besser vorher verkleinern.

Le cadre est buccolique . La résidence est dans un lieu très calme
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et vous mettent à l'aise. La location est conforme au descriptif et très bien entretenue. Nous sommes entièrement satisfait de notre séjour et en plus avons bénéficié d'une météo très chaleureuse. Tout était fait pour que notre séjour se déroule de la meilleure des façons. Nous retenons cette adresse et recommandons vivement cette location.

Angenehmes Haus in toller Lage mit allen Annehmlichkeiten
Wir haben als Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern, zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem angenehmen Haus mit seinem tollen Garten verbracht. Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Gefreut haben wir uns auch über Zuchinis und Salat direkt aus dem Garten. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung, ist großzügig, ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten. Aufgrund seiner Lage am botanischen Garten liegt es in einem bevorzugten Viertel und bietet tagsüber (9-20) den strassenfreien Zugang durch das Tal zum Stadtstrand durch den botanischen Garten (ca. 20-25 Min zu Fuß) oder per Fahrrad (ca. 10 Min.). Brest ist sicher keine städtische Perle aber gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das abwechslungsreiche Finistère geeignet.

Très belle maison, emplacement idéal.
Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines dans cette maison qui se trouve proche de toutes commodités tout en étant située dans un écrin de verdure. Les enfants ont adoré le grand jardin et le hamac. Les adultes ont aimé l'équipement de la maison et sa propreté. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Maison à recommander !!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit wundervollem Garten in ruhiger Lage
Das moderne, gut ausgestattete Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Seitental zum botanischen Garten von Brest, ohne Durchgangsverkehr, beste Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Von der großen Terrasse mit Wintergarten blickt man direkt ins Grüne des wundervollen Gartens. Supermarkt (Intermarché) und empfehlenswerte Bäckerei befinden sich in Laufnähe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, waren bei An-/Abreise vor Ort. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

A lovely place!
The house itself had everything you could wish for, including a well-equipped kitchen, and terrace and garden were perfect. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood close to Brest's Botanical Gardens with shops and a beach within walking distance. The lovely owners were very helpful and friendly, I only wish that my French had been better!
