"Quirky hotel in an historic building. Welcoming to pets and people! We loved it."

"This is a fantastic hotel. Perfect stopover on the way back from the Alps. The hotel is so clean and comfortable with a really nice reception and bar area. We didn’t arrive until 11pm but we were given delicious pizzas from the pizza oven and had a drink in the bar. There are EV charging points too. "

"The room and breakfast included itself was fine. However, the check-in process was absolutely terrible. There was no one manning the desk and they had a machine for a self-check in, but we weren’t given the right reference number so everytime we tried, our reservations were not found. We called for help eventually and after 40 minutes of trying to check in for 2 rooms, we eventually got to the bedrooms and only then we received the correct reference numbers to use for check in. What was the point? Surely we should’ve received that prior to checking in. Not great overall. "

"This stay was perfect, the gentleman looking after the hotel that evening went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed after there was a mix up with the booking. We had a lovely meal, the accommodation was very comfortable and clean and we’d happily stay again"
