You and your guests will make lasting memories in this charming updated home featuring independent climate control in each room, a spacious deck for dining alfresco, and a pristine yard with welcoming outdoor shower! Sip morning coffee while welcoming the sun for the day in the back yard hammock. Frolic in the soft green grass while enjoying a lawn game. Grab the provided SUP boards from the yard and the private association beach pass for nearby Sheep's Pond for some water fun! This home is nestled in quiet wooded privacy yet is only moments from fine dining, clam shacks, shopping, mini golf and more! The main floor of this home holds the well equipped kitchen, dining space, family room with 52" TV, and half bath with a washer and dryer. The large deck with outdoor dining is easily accessible from this living space. Upstairs find the primary bedroom with queen bed, a room with a full bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a bathroom with a custom walk in shower. There is driveway parking for 4 cars. Small dogs considered on a per case basis for an added $150 per dog, per week fee. BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE ON WEEKLY BOOKINGS!! Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
