- Come enjoy the quiet, serene private one bedroom apartment nestled in nature in Brewster, MA. Sit on your private deck or fire pit area and listen to the beauty of natural Cape Cod. Separate entrance from private deck. Full kitchen and bath with open floor plan to living area. Living room has pull out couch that sleeps two. Bedroom has queen bed, sleeps two. Private parking available and space is available to allow a boat and trailer. Pleasant Bay is within 1.6 miles. Nauset Beach in Orleans is 4.4 miles away and boasts the best fried clams in the area at their take out restaurant right at the beach. Nauset Beach also offers concerts for free during the summer months and are a must see. Chatham is 6.9 miles away and is now famous for the sightings of great white sharks as well as a quaint fishing village. National Seashore's beaches and nature trails are within 12.4 miles. Private fishing charters, seal watching, whale watching available for a separate price upon request.The Cape Cod Melody Tent is 30 minutes west and Payomet is 40 minutes east, both offer incredible concerts with famous artists. Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus stop within 1 mile of property. Chatham airport within 6.2 miles.

Simply amazing and very welcoming
Our trip to cape cod is one to remember and hopefully to repeat. Lisa and Charles have been very welcoming to us and made our vacations a real success. At our arrival, Lisa had already wrote down for us a list of the best beaches of cape cod and the attractions. It was much appreciated since it was our first time in cape cod. The condo was filled with clean sheets and linens, pillows, towels, etc. This place has everything you need to spend a nice and relaxing time after a good beach day in cape cod. Equiped with a brand new grill, patio set, fire place, fully equiped kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, AC and even a ice machine down in the garage. We could'n ask for more. We slept 4 in the condo and it was perfect. This place is a very calm and relaxing spot in the middle of the penynsula near everything (beaches, supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, etc). We are really looking forward to come back next year, thank you for making this trip perfect !

Exactly what you need
Lisa was so welcoming and the apartment she had was perfect. It was clean, fully supplied with dishes, towels, glasses, soap, bowls, pot/pans... etc....The porch was relaxing after long days out in a lovely setting surrounded by a large yard (my kid ran around using his last bit of energy before settling in to watch the large screen tv movie) and woods on a dead end. There's a store a mile away which was a nice walk on a dirt road. We will definitely be going back as the central location was pretty much only 15 minutes in any direction to find ANYTHING you could want or need both on sunny and rainy days!
