"Very modern and clean apartment. Fantastic view (though our friends booked a 2 bedroom apartment and had a much better view with a rooftop patio). Too bad the pool wasn't open (it was April, and too cold). Though a little out of Zadar, close by restaurants were fantastic. Dealing with the owner was also very pleasant."

"Adam hat schon auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir später angekommen sind. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich, das gefiel uns sehr gut! Adam hat uns alles gezeigt und immer wenn wir Hilfe brauchten war er für uns da. Es war ruhig und man konnte gut schlafen. Man hatte einen guten Zugang zum Meer und wenn man im Apartment war, war es angenehm, weil man eine Klimaanlage hatte. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und wir würden nächstes mal sehr gerne nochmal wiederkommen!"

"Our stay at Dedaj resort was perfect. The staff is friendly the property and rooms are spotless. We loved that you can walk to the beach then come back to the property and lounge by the pool. They offered all you can drink coffee all day. I can keep going on and on about how wonderful our experience was. We will highly recommend this property to all our family and friends."

"Lovely location and clean apartment. It would benefit from having more attention paid to the bed linen - so that it better reflects the modern decoration. It would also benefit from having better fitted curtains to the glazed entrance. As the apartment next door need access across this apartments balcony area it is important to have curtains that allow full privacy"

"Die Unterkunft war klein aber ordentlich,zu unserer Überraschung mit neu renovierten Badezimmer. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.Es waren genügend Geschäfte und restaurantes in der Ortschaft und fußläufig ein Bäcker zu erreichen.Ein großer Spielplatz und der Strand sind über einen schönen geteerten Weg zu erreichen.Nur dieser Strandzugang ist mit Kindern nicht optimal da es nur über Treppen ins Wasser geht.Jedoch gibt es genügend schöne Strände im Umkreis die schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen...

"Sehr schöne Ruhige Lage. Da die Entfernung zum Strand 800m beträgt ist es sehr ruhig und man kann den Urlaub genießen. Der Ausblick auf die Adria ist durch die Lage sehr gut. Alles in allem haben wir die 14 Tage sehr genossen."

"We had a lovely stay. Frank the front desk was nice as was the younger woman who worked in the kitchen and managed the front desk. The room we stayed in was a budget double bed. These are two separate beds pushed together. They were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. I was really impressed, and it was so good! We had a rental car and I recommend that anyone trying to visit Zadar and stay at this hotel have one. There is a bus stop right across from the hotel (20 feet) but not sure how often it comes. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel to downtown Zadar. There is a public beach nearby, about a 5-minute drive from the hotel. However, you can go swimming in the sea right across from the hotel. It is a skinnier beach, but it totally works. "
