Amazing 7 Bedroom Ski In/Ski Out Cabin @ Brian Head Resort

  • Our wonderful ski-in / ski-out cabin is located in the prestigious Trails @ Navajo area at Brian Head Ski Resort in Southern Utah. It has a great year round location, nestled in a beautiful woodland setting on a private cul-de-sac and offering convenient access to the slopes and Brian Head Resort. Inside, the cabin is roomy, warm and comfortable with seven bedrooms 20 to sleep in beds. The cabin is full of modern conveniences while maintaining a rustic mountain feel with various wood accents throughout (knotty pine, ash and walnut).

    Relax around either of the two rustic stacked stone fireplaces in the cabin’s lofted great rooms or watch movies on the 83" OLED TV with surround sound. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, a kitchenette and a pantry with prep sink all stocked with appliances and supplies. For guest convenience, there is a full laundry room and seven full bathrooms. At night, take advantage of the many TV’s with streaming, the hoop shoot game, pool table, ping pong table, gaming table, entertainment center or wireless internet. Offering easy access, our cabin is on paved roads that are plowed right up to the garages and is located just three hours from Las Vegas or Salt Lake City via direct access off I-15.

    Brian Head in the Summer : Summer is a great time to visit Brian Head and our cabin makes a great base for visits to the many National Parks that are close by (Zion, Bryce, Kolob, Cedar Breaks). Brian Head resort offers mountain biking and a challenging Frisbee golf course along the ski runs. There are also miles of ATV trails (and rentals) and endless hiking trails and walking paths to enjoy the outdoors. In addition, nearby Cedar City offers the annual Shakespearean Festival with shows and events most days and evenings. Our cabin has both covered and open decks, a back patio, a BBQ and a fire pit to enjoy the mild summer days and nights. The cabin makes a Great place to relax, explore or host your family vacation.

This was the perfect house for our party of 8 adults and 6 children. The house is large, comfortable and well appointed. You cannot beat the location which is just steps from the slopes. We'll definitely be back next year!

We loved the ski in/out access! The house had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The garage and locker room made it so easy to store all the ski gear. This house doesn’t have one big open area but lots of different living spaces which ended up working very well for our group.

The house was amazing! Great location, less than a minute walk to the middle of Navajo Run. Perfect for my kids to come and go as they please. The house was essentially brand new. Beautiful interior, clean, with a large gathering space. Couldn’t have asked for a better place! Hope to be able to stay there again.

Scott's property is directly off the Navajo lift run, making it a true ski in and ski out. The home was clean and loaded with all the amenities including a coffee pot and Keurig and nearly any kitchen supply you might need! Thanks Scott!

We have stayed here before the add on and it was great then, but even more beautiful now. The space added is perfect for large families or multiple families. There is ample space, a mudroom to keep the ski/snowboard equipment organized, many comfortable bedrooms, and a large dining area so all the families can gather together. On top of that, the location is remarkable offering convenient ski in and out access. This is perfect for multiple families coming and going at different times to the slopes. Thanks for the lovely stay!

We had a great time at your beautiful cabin. Our adult kids loved the ski in ski out option. There was plenty of room for puzzles, games, eating and watching tv. We had a gorgeous snowstorm while we were there. Just what our family needed!

Second year here.

It was our second year staying at the home. There were some nice upgrades done to the cabin between our stays. We stay at several VRBOs each year on various vacations or travel and this one was well cleaned, appointed, and Scott is a responsive and great host!

What a dream

We absolutely loved our time at this slope-side lodge! The location is top notch; so convenient!! Literally steps to the ski run. The house had everything we needed. The owners have a fantastic and comprehensive guidebook for the house and your stay that basically answers any questions you’d have. Check-in/check-out was super easy and the owner is very responsive. The kids loved all the games, especially the mini basketball hoops/game, so fun! We can’t wait to book again.

Great stay for large group!

We had a great stay for our large group! Fast and easy communication with the owner. We had a total of nine adults and it was a perfect home to accommodate all of us-being a four bed/4 bath home. Three adults slept downstairs in the basement that had 2 bunk beds with full beds at the bottom and twins on top, and they were very comfortable, The remaining three bedrooms had very comfy king/queen beds. We appreciated having the loft and basement entertainment center, so we could have some people watching tv in the main floor living room, while others played chess upstairs and others conversed in the basement living area. The large dining table had seating for six and the kitchen island had additional seating for two. We were pleasantly surprised with the ‘side game room’ that had two basketball hoops like you see at carnivals. Although we didn’t use them, they also had sleds in the garage. It was beautiful views from the main floor and loft, and it was a manageable walk from the home direct to #4/Navajo ski lift (you can actually see the ski lift from one of the windows). We didn’t need snow chains to drive up to the garage and they plow the streets as needed, so it was easy to drive up to the house. I’ve already recommended the rental home to a friend and hope to rent the property again next year. What a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
