Welcome to this stunning 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, three-story contemporary mountain condo located in the heart of Brian Head, Utah. This spectacular  condo has breathtaking, magnificent views of the surrounding area. It's amazing to have Brian Head ski resort visible from the private balconies on each floor.


As you enter through the garage, the first floor greets you with a convenient laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Moving up to the second floor, you'll be astounded by the spacious kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher. The dining room table is large enough to accommodate all guests, perfect for hosting meals with friends and family. The living room is cozy and inviting, with a wraparound couch, big smart TV, and a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing or hiking. A walk-in shower is available on the second floor, providing added convenience for guests.


On the third floor, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, and one of the bedrooms shares an en suite bathroom. The stunning granite showers that are in all three bathrooms add a touch of luxury to your stay. In the family room that is located upstairs, there is a Murphy bed, which is a full-sized bed, and a large sofa for all those younglings that don't mind being close to each other. The third floor also features another TV complete with Roku, perfect for movie nights or for watching your favorite shows.

Great rental for families
Excellent proximity to ski resort! Property was well maintained and very clean. Would stay there again! They gave directions to the location of the property, but forgot to give the number of the house, but we called the property manager and someone was there to respond. We didn't know how to control the temperature in the house. Temperature indicated 65 on thermostat. and was comfortable on the 1st floor, but got hot and stuffy on the 2nd floor. The guest bedroom was also missing a window treatment. It only had a sheer curtain which didn't protect from the sun at all. It could also use another set of sheets and blankets for the couch that can be used as a bed on the 2nd floor.

Had a nice, comfortable stay with 2 kids. Full kitchen with extras like crock pot and air fryer. 3 full baths was a plus. 1-4 minutes to the ski lodges. Friendly town and ski resort. We will be back again!

We so enjoyed coming here, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nice W&D, beautiful furnishings, and we love the location. We did not want to leave! Do notice garage ceiling clearance in property description, since most trucks / SUVs will not fit in garage. Thank you for having us - we hope to return next year!

Great property, but late check in
My family stayed in this condo shortly after New Year’s Day. It’s exactly as listed with a pretty good selection of cook ware. Plenty of trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels were provided. My only complaint, and why this wasn’t a 5-star review is that when I arrived to the condo at 4:50 p.m. (the check-in information is very specific to no early arrival before 4 p.m.) there were still cleaners in the house. The lady cleaning was nice and explained she had a busy day. I get it. What I also understand is that there is not a whole lot to do in a snow-filled Brian Head after 4 p.m. My family was tired from the drive ready to start working on dinner and did not want to sit out in the cold. We waited until after the specific check-in time and the unit still wasn’t ready. The cleaner left at approximately 5:30 p.m. The welcome email says late checkout is charged $50/hr, not looking for a refund, but feel that if there is a hardline email about the check-in/check-out process that it needs to be adhered to by all parties. Other than that a great property and would be willing to consider this unit again if I traveled with a large group.

Fantastic property in a great location
Our family stayed here and had a great week. The condo is clean and very well equipped. We are looking forward to returning next year. The kitchen is quite large and easily accommodated cooking meals for our family. It’s a good thing to have in Brianhead since local dining out options are…limited. The garage is large and a great feature. It unexpectedly fit my full size truck inside without issue. You can walk to chair 8 easily or a bit further to giant steps express.

Season Finale Ski Trip
Let me start by saying we frequent Brian Head often through the ski season. We decided to stay somewhere different (here) and so glad we did. We had a phenomenal time at this condo! It was absolutely spotless and the check-in process was a breeze. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and very user friendly for the whole family. Our family was 4, but great for up to 8 - two familes. We can't wait to come back and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Beautiful and well stocked condo
This is by far the nicest condo we have stayed in at Brian Head. The condo is spacious and well stocked. It has every small appliance you can think of, was stocked with staples and even a great selection of spices. It’s an easy walk to the slopes and easy to ski back in. Our kids (teens) navigated it on their own. They also enjoyed the upstairs bonus room. Well worth it. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it!!

Great Family Ski Vacation
We had a wonderful time staying in your townhome! There was plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, and cooking utensils which is wonderful for cooking breakfasts and dinners. We packed some of our own games to bring, but this rental has a whole draw of games to use too. The ski access to both mountains was easy by walking down to the end of the road to pick up the lifts. It also made it a great option for coming back to grab lunch at the condo when we wanted to. We had quite a bit of snow while we were visiting and the plow did a great job keeping the roads clear. We had a fabulous time in Brian Head and loved staying here! We hope to be back again.

Nice condo; main level is a touch cold
Very nice townhome style condo. Kitchen was extremely well stocked- made cooking easy. Only complaint is that the main level could not hold heat. Hard to relax at night to watch a movie because the room stays chilly.
