We loved everything about the house and will definitely be back! The location was perfect and convenient. There was more than enough space, the house had everything we could need or want, and the hot tub put the cherry on top.
The house is located close to Brian Head ski resort and has one of the most amazing views. We had a couple of minor issues while we were there and the management company was quick to respond to our needs. House was comfortable and cozy. Enjoyed our stay.
Beautiful location. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets and the spa was dirty and we couldn’t use it. The microwave wasn’t working properly and was extremely hard to use. The property is in a great location. Would book again.
The location of the house is amazing. Privacy and views for miles! Everyone loved the jacuzzi on the back porch, looking out over the valley. Plenty of room for our 9 people on a family ski spring break to Brianhead. The house was clean and well stocked. The management agency was excellent, responsive and proactive. They had to be because the house has a few quirks due to being exposed to the wind and snow at altitude. But no big deal at all...very well managed. It's a beautiful place, with beautiful views and a great family time skiing in Brianhead!

Quiet and close
It was a nice place. A couple issues. Jacuzzi not accessible at first. We had to shovel path to it. Dishwasher didn’t work but they came next day and fixed it. It needed more towels. Nice that we had access to broom and cleaning stuff. Liked that they had Tim foil there too. Jacuzzi water was green last day. The heat was hot in master bedroom. Otherwise… it was a nice place. Great location.
The house is beautiful, with a view that is gorgeous from the decks or inside the house. The kitchen is open and spacious. I would offer two caveats, however. My friends and I stayed at the house during a hot spell. Hot at Brian Head is still very comfortable outside, but the house can get warm. Upon our arrival, the air conditioning did not work. This left us with the choice of roasting with the doors and windows closed (there are no screen doors or window screens) or being inundated with flies and the occasional mosquito. We notified the rental company of the non-functioning AC, and on the third day of our visit, it was fixed. Still, some screens on the windows would really be nice because who wants to use AC when it isn't necessary. Second, the house indeed can sleep a lot of people. For sit-down meals, the table only comfortably accommodates six people. There are three stools at a kitchen counter, but if you want to have a face-to-face experience, don't count on more than six (maybe seven) people at the same table.
This location is amazing with beautiful views of the surrounding valley. The home is very nice and comfortable. We had a great stay and would recommend this home to others.
This property is amazing, great view, great location. But, the renter must have knowledge of how to light a pilot light on a hot water heater, where and how to check the electrical breaker box, just some basic home owner responsibility.
Cabin was amazing. Everything was super clean and more updated than most cabins I've stayed in. The Cabin location has a secluded feel which allows you to have an unobstructed view of the mountain valley out the back patio. Beds were super comfortable and the living room couches were next level electronic recliners that were ultra comfy. My wife and I took our 3 little kids and it was a great experience. We would highly recommend.
We absolutely loved this place. We stayed here with one other family and loved it. We had a total of 14 people staying here. Everything was clean and well stocked. The manager was quick to respond. It is close to the resort and highway but tucked away on a beautiful ridge with an amazing view. The kids loved being able to play outside in all the open area surrounding the property. We also loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunset each night. We played games at night, mt biked, hiked, and watched movies. This property is perfect for 1-3 families. We will definitely be coming back to stay

Brian Head Cabin
Checkin was smooth... No electrical outlets or lights worked in the Master Bedroom. Leaking window seals. Communication was great when checking in. Once we had an issue about the master bedroom, they ignored the issue. If you get snowed in, don't count on anybody helping you. We were stuck in the property until 4pm when the roads were cleared by a snow plow... If you don't shovel your way out of the driveway, you won't make it to the snow plowed road... We got out but did not stay for our 3rd night due to the lack of response from the management team... Knowing that we would be stuck another full day when we had plans to ski and snowboard lessons...
This home is located in an incredible area with beautiful views, but to say it is ready for tenants is dangerous at the very least. My husband and I booked a 2-night stay and checked in late in the evening on the first day. The property listing on VRBO states "no pets" but we quickly noticed a heavy, musty smell of cigarettes and dogs circulated by the central heating. Housekeeping had cleaned the home well and provided plenty of linens, but the smell was baked into the structure and ventilation system. The door handles for two external patio doors were completely broken, with one having a dish towel stuffed in the open hole. In the master bathroom shower, only one of two showerheads and faucets worked, but the shower did not have hot water. We were able to use the much smaller spare shower, but if our group had included any more than the two of us this would've been far worse. The kitchen sink drainage plumbing was not intact and all fluids that were poured down the sink drained into the lower cabinet and onto the kitchen floor. Beyond this there were additional minor inconveniences. A kitchen trash can and trash bags were not provided. I understand this neighborhood does not offer a trash pick up utility service, but trash bags would at least make it possible to remove our trash. Many basic kitchen appliances were not provided, including a toaster and hot water kettle.
When we woke up in the morning we both had difficulty breathing, red itchy eyes, and sinus irritation. We left the home and reached out to the hosts via VRBO app, text message, and phone calls to the property management company - Family Time Vacation Rentals. After a few hours we received replies via VRBO messaging and text messages stating they were "looking into it" and would get back to us.
I requested that they place us in a different home for the multiple safety reasons mentioned here but I never got any definitive answers other than they were still looking into it. My husband and I ended up packing our belongings and checking into a local hotel for the second night. We both frequently travel for work and pleasure, often renting homes like this for extended stays, and never before have we come across a rental property in such poor condition. We also rent out our own home and would be ashamed if it was made available with these issues to renters.
