Apple Annie’s general store and Polaris rentals next door. Best location in Brian Head. Welcome to BH!

Unique Corner Studio with extra windows.
Adjustable queen bed. Large TV.
Bunk bed is located away from the main living area with privacy curtain creating kids area.
All new appliances and LPV flooring. Club house with a pool, hot tub and sauna, and game rooms. Laundry is coin op.
Guest access
Heated underground parking. No need to shovel your car off or freeze. Take the stairs inside directly to the unit on the 2nd floor. Easy entry with code.
Other things to note
No pets. No smoking inside the condo please. No loud parties please be respectful of the other tenants. There is no cable but the tv has apps like Netflix etc.
