"Great communication with the owner and the property is very close to the city centre, which is a big plus. The living room was nice, and overall the place has potential. The property is a little bit outdated — it looks more modern in the photos. A more thorough clean (dust and spider webs) would also improve the experience, although this wasn’t a major issue.The main problem we had was the smell of dampness. "Centrally located for Eymoutiers, all the town could offer was within walking distance. The access details for the property was confused, as was communication with the host. Once that was resolved and we were met by the host our stay was relaxed and enjoyable."

"This is a very small apartment on the ground floor of an old building. But, as the subject line says, it’s well equipped, including a washer machine. In winter or cooler weather, it was pleasant. Summertime would be tough since the only windows are those in the photo. Right in the shadow of the cathedral."
