"The hotel was extremely dirty, and our room hadn’t been cleaned upon arrival. Many things were in poor condition and seemed to be falling apart. When we requested fresh bedding due to hair and crumbs on the bed, the housekeeping staff responded rudely."

"Had a great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the view of the lake was beautiful—definitely a highlight. Would happily stay here again!"

But besides that, I would never stay here again.It was extremely dirty, not cleaned well with hair on the bed hair and all round, condition of unit was bad with huge dense in the walls water damage and some handlimg missing. Also, very weird setup being converted commercial space. the commercial space windows light comes in in the morning.The temperature fluctuated it was quite cold. With no ability to change the temperature. Shower had spider which happens. The biggest thing was definitely no waterview from unit misrepresentation. All in all very disappointed and now it was misrepresented. Location was good. "

"I stayed at Lily Pad for a solo birthday stay in Harrison Hot Springs. Location is very central but you still feel like you’re at your own little oasis. I would stay again"

"We had an amazing time! The caboose and property felt very private and relaxing. The forest is way bigger than expected and we could have spent a few more days exploring the trails. The caboose is very well insulated and comfortable, you couldn't tell there was a rain storm outside. It was a good choice for a winter getaway. Our little one was over the moon excited to see it as we pulled up the driveway and had to tell all his family his adventure staying in a caboose."
