"Clean room"

"Pros Comfortable bed & pillows, lots of big mirrors, comfortable couch, large room, big TV, big closet. Good free movies. Staff is very nice and helpful. Salt water pool was nice. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, they have a lot of very nice outdoor seating. Cons I’ve never been in a hotel that hasn’t cleaned a room during a five nights stay until now. When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted cleaning daily or every other day, I chose every other day. Although I did put the do not disturb sign on the door on Friday and Saturday, I didn’t expect they would not come at all to clean the room during my stay. Needless to say, I had to call down for clean towels and more coffee for the coffee maker. Lighting in the bathroom is not great. Took a shower late one morning and it went cold. No complementary breakfast. Mid Shower pressure. Hot tub jets are super strong, like wave strong (I still went in twice and liked it)."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel! From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Traveling can be exhausting, and they made everything easy and stress-free. Our room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a great bed that made for a wonderful night's sleep. Even being so close to the airport, we were impressed by how peaceful it was. The location is perfect for anyone flying in or out of Portland. The airport shuttle was prompt and convenient, making transportation effortless. We also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, where the food and service exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-run hotel near the airport, this Sheraton is an excellent choice. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again the next time we're in Portland!"

"The location was excellent. There is a 7-Eleven right across the street where I got gas and snacks. We went for daily jogs right from the hotel onto safe sidewalks in a loop. We had dinner nearby and did a little shopping at Old Navy. The room was quiet and spacious. The airplanes fly very close, but it’s still quiet from inside. The breakfast area is huge and there were plenty of food options. Parking is paid with an app, so it was easy. We could come and go without requiring a code or ticket. The hotel shuttle service was very reliable. I was able to schedule a ride at 3:15am. When I called them from the airport, they arrived in 3 minutes. Room cleaning is by request and that was fine. The room was cleaned when we requested it. I would stay again, because it was comfortable, convenient, and pleasant. The lobby is an open area as tall as the building itself with a “river,” water falls, and many lush plants."
