The property is BEAUTIFUL and staff was wonderful and accommodating! Everything from supporting with a late check in to the water, coffee and Rose wine on demand, this is an excellent place to stay — will definitely visit again!

A room for your heart

I’ve been traveling my entire adult life. From hostels to high rises and everything in between. My experience at ARATB was bar none the best hospitality I’ve ever received. They accommodated some last minute travel conflicts and helped me make it to my friend wedding in the nick of time! The rooms are perfectly decorated to feel unique and cozy but not overdone. The floor plan is extremely clever because they utilize a slat wall to separate the bathroom area from the room, with the tv mounted flush. This design eliminates wasted space and creates a circular flow to the room which made it feel much more spacious. The rules were lax, in that they let adults be adults as long as they act like adults. The staff was attentive and the amenities in my room were luxurious and some were even complimentary. It’s easy to get to the Main Street in town and central to all the best beaches. Great for instagram photos too! Definitely enjoy a stay here and you won’t be disappointed. Special thank you to Angela and Jose for making me feel so at home.

A Room not at the beach

A room at the Beach has amazingly cute grounds perfect for Instagram moments. It is NOT at or by the beach though. It is a beautifully renovated property on the Hamptons highway across from a public school. Most rooms are very small. Price is very high. It’s about 1 block 1/2 from the village center, which is very nice. While the room itself was not noisy, you can definitely hear traffic from the front porch of the rooms and front grounds.

We loved this little, quaint property. The room was small, but lovely, air conditioned well, smelled great, lovely bedding, nice products, there was rose and water available near lobby at all times. We could walk to town, took the beach pass to an amazing beach, etc. LOVED!
