"We were very thankful to be able to stay in such an immaculately clean, extremely comfortable mid- century modern cottage in the woods atop Lookout Mountain, GA. The owner, who lives next door, is kind, helpful when needed and has provisioned the home with everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the new outdoor decks, the wooden bench swing surrounded by forest and the fabulous trail through the woods to an exceptional outlook and view down the mountain. We hope to return sometime. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Bro Dave's Mountain home! The view was amazing and the proximity to lots of other attractions made the location perfect! We did a nice road bike ride around the block-8 miles and only saw 8 cars. Then we drove for 5 minutes into the state park and rode a nice easy trail, which was perfect. Chattanooga is just 20 ish minutes away, so you can eat at some really good restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the ac worked really well. Thanks Bro Dave!"

"The Ms. And I have been wanting to get away from our families(in the best way) and have some time to ourselves, without having to go stay in some crummy hotel, or some outrageous house. This Evolve property was a little slice of heaven with all the amenities, and inner workings of a home. We were able to make a short drive to Food City in Trenton(15-20 minutes away depending on who’s driving😂) and bring home a nice meal with all the utensils we’d need to prepare it there. "This property is close to the chatanooga attractions but in the Georgia side so avoiding the noise and traffic. Can get on 59 for quicker access to Chattanooga central or enjoy scenic drives to the attractions or stay in and enjoy nature with hikes"
