The Hostel

10/10 Excellent

"The Hostel was great for what it is. Our family of four enjoyed a private, four bed room. The staff was nice. It was clearly a hostel, but generally clean and felt safe."

2/10 Terrible

"Pretty awful property, very poorly managed. The property instructions were extremely unclear. It took us about 30min to figure out where the check-in desk was (a tiny place next to an ice cream shop with no obvious sign). The place itself is really dirty and the staff were pretty unfriendly. If you have other options avoid this place at all costs. The only reason we had to book it was because there were no other rooms left elsewhere. They also charge additional $20 for using their linen/sheets. This property is on a ranch that has a horse riding place, with the amount of people that comes to this place, they only have three shared bathrooms. You also have to leave everything scented in your car because of the bears which is really inconvenient when you have to park the car far from the room."

"We found out that you can check as early as 3:00 pm or later each day. You do not have to wait until 5 PM as Hotels.com says. Also, we loved the ranch atmosphere and the beautiful scenery, but know that this is very rustic. There is no kitchen nor appliances in the cabins, and no coffee maker. The on-site restaurant is great. This is true ranch living, and we thought it was worth it."
