"Front desk service was absolutely amazing. The staff was not as prepared for a tornado as they should be. Seemed no employee really knew what to do or how to get guests to safety. Not good. Most staff were excellent at bar, restaurants and casino. The food at the coffee bar was gross. Disappointed the smokehouse was closed. Despite website, there are no free drinks while you gamble. Rooms were just fine, nice to have a fridge. Glad to have a shuttle to concert venue but $15 is a bit much. "

"Coming from Los Angeles to STL, this was the best hotel I could have chosen. The whole staff were friendly, kind, helpful and treated you like family…LITERALLY. I loved my bartenders Ms. Tammy and Mr. Bryan, they not only watched out for my and my friend but created an experience I did not want to leave. Just bcus of them I am already planning my next trip and will ONLY stay at this Embassy in STL. Thank you so much to everyone from front desk, to the breakfast crew, the hospitality team and everyone. See you soon!"
