"We pulled up to the neighborhood in the early evening and oh my it was not a safe place. We stayed the first night with few options to leave so late. The kitchen sink hot water was not hot and the dishes were not clean in the cabinets. We witnessed illicit activity on the street outside. Also there was people screaming and shining lights in windows all night. We obviously did not feel safe to stay and left terrified in the morning. Not a place to stay with children or if you value your vehicle...

"Our vacation started off with a tropical storm but we weathered it out in this adorable little house. Alex has done great work to this home and we barely noticed the winds or rain inside. Luckily we did have two great days of no rain and explored the beach next to the house (great for sea glass hunting) and the adorable East Point Lighthouse near by. Nancy and Carl at the lighthouse are the best! Highly recommend the red eye crab for seafood (it is about 25 mins away but worth it!) Most stores...

"My daughter was graduating from university of Delaware so we rented this place in Wilmington. Pretty easy drive back-and-forth from Newark to Wilmington. The place was clean and comfortable and plenty of room for our five-person family. The kitchen was very nice and easy to use as well. The only issue was no patio furniture in the back deck area."
