Great welcome from the blonde lady on reception. Breakfast was excellent delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean and fresh towels daily. Nothing was too much trouble by team Falcon. Parking was easy and safe. Thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel.

Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back .

Not the greatest place I have stayed in, had a room that faced onto the main road and barely had any sleep both nights.... rooms are very dated and in need of an urgent upgrade. I left the door hanger on asking for room to be serviced but on my return I found that the cleaner had just folded up wet ...

Mercure Birmingham West Hotel
On Saturday night there was a continuous humming in the room and no hot water. On the Sunday morning there was no water at all in the bathroom. I did complain and received a refund, but I won't be staying there again.
