Welcome to your serene waterfront escape on the edge of Long Lake in Bridgton, Maine! Nestled in the heart of the Sebago Lake Region, this charming cottage boasts a knotty pine interior, with breathtaking views of the lake from the porch and dock. The property features a small level yard with natural landscaping. A few stairs lead from the rocky shore to the dock with a ladder for deep water swimming, while a sandy public beach is only 100 yards away from the driveway on Plummers Landing Road. For boating enthusiasts, the 40+ mile waterway of Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River provides endless adventure. Please note, the dock can only accommodate up to a 16' boat, and the boat cannot remain on the dock overnight due to wave action. Enjoy the convenience of being just a short drive from the quaint Bridgton Village for shopping, movies, and other activities to complete your dream vacation.
