A convenient location away from the town centre but within easy walking distance along the sea front. Lovely welcome from Julie and staff all very friendly. Used as a base for two days of concert in Bridlington Spa. Nice choice of breakfast options. Also convenient for visiting local attractions along the coast.

We stayed for 2 night with a 4 year old and a baby, we had the family room which was an en suite double with a single bed in a separate room, which was perfect for us as the little corridor between the 2 rooms had a light that was on a sensor so it was handy when our 4 year old got up in the night. The rooms were very clean. The decor and furniture looked fresh and in good condition. Location is excellent, just 5 mins walk to the beach. The Tennyson owner Julie was very friendly and accommodating, nothing felt like too much trouble and even kindly lent us a phone charger. Breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs. The waitress Paula was lovely, she gave us some tips on parking for the south beach area. Paula was great with our children, including holding our baby so we could eat our breakfasts and brought our 4 year old a cushion for her chair. Paula went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our breakfasts. It can be stressful travelling with small children but the Tennyson made us all feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

If I could rate more, I surely would. This place the place you need to stay at if you are planning a trip to Bridlington. To start with communication ahead of the stay was great. Arriving at the property you are welcome with a warm drink and a warm welcome. The B&B is sparkling clean, and I'm obsess with clean interiors. Good size, very comfy mattress, nice smell of fresh linen, smart TV, drinks ( even squash sticks!) are provided in your room. I went there for business so I had multiple phones & laptops that needed to charge all at the same time and needed to be close by and the good news is there's plenty of plugs (traditional and USB) by the bed so I could comfortably work. Every little thing you need to feel just at home is there, I would recommend this place to anyone and If I'm back in this area, I will stay there again. Both Julie and her husband were great host and nice people to chat with.

An excellent Bridlington B/B

We were given a warm welcome and offered straight away one of their lovely cups of coffee. Our room was a good size, the bed very comfortable and everywhere spotlessly clean. They accommodated our request for an early breakfast as we had to leave first thing in the morning. We also had interesting conversations with them, both on arrival and over breakfast.
