"Really nice property, well kept and clean throughout. Location is really peaceful, quite some way from any towns or villages. Good communications from hosts and easy to access on arrival. The log burner was a lovely touch too. It's not clear on the listing that the property is upstairs - not a problem for us but would be for anyone with mobility issues. There's no wifi (making it great for a get away from it all stay!) and no microwave. A guide to the location would have been useful, to show where the wood store/bike shed was (we found it OK though) and how the heating worked."

"Beautiful location with many things to do - bikes, paddleboard, volleyball, ping pong, etc.. Karsten is a fantastic host! The photos do not show it well but there is a lot of space with the 3 floors. The couch turns into a huge bed and there was a good sized cot for my teenager that fit well downstairs plus the upstairs bedroom. We all loved it there!"

"Overall wonderful place, well above the 3 stars it has. I didn’t give full marks as there were some bits that can be fixed easily. Mainly in the bathroom the shower washer needs changing as it sprays from the side, I think someone needs to look at the rims inside the toilet bowl because I noticed a lot of dirt, mirror has a slight chip on the top left hand side and there were some old gummy bears from previous occupants under the sofa. Comfort of the room was great and I really enjoyed my stay and would come back despite the little bits"

"Located in the Altstadt. 2 years ago I stayed in a hotel in the Neustadt. A bit of a walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) when I arrived, as I didn't know the tram system and which top to get off. As it turned out, I could take the Number1 or 6, getting off at the same stop (Ritterstrasse) Found out and took the tram back when I let Brandenburg a.d. Havel. Front desk was not particularly helpful when I asked, particularly where to buy a ticket (Fahrkarte)."

"Wir waren als Familie für zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Wir sind erst abends spät angekommen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, gelüftet und die Betten frisch bezogen.. ein Traum wenn man mit übermüdeten Kindern anreist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem sehr schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und alles notwendige mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation war super, und Frau Bräuer antwortet sehr schnell bei Fragen. Würden immer wieder gerne kommen. Vielen lieben Dank."
