The shuttle was convenient, especially since the location was a little off the beaten path. The office staff was more than accommodating. "The chalet has the most amazing views of Lake Brienz. The house is very spacious; our family was able to all have our own space. There are three levels with bedroom down from main floor and two bedrooms up from the main floor. Loved the balcony off the upstairs bedrooms.Highly recommend!"
