"Ich hatte Ihr Hotel für meine Eltern gebucht. Der Pool (indoor) war mit 26grad ausgeschrieben, dieser hatte er aber nicht. Der Kaffee, den man bezahlen durfte, war kalt. Das hundefreundliche Hotel hatte zwar Haus 2 für Gäste ohne Hunde buchbar. Dort waren sie allerdings nicht eingebucht. Ich hatte ..."
