"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The views from the balcony of my room were amazing - a valley below and a glacier above. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative I had was the number of house flies that were in the breakfast room. They were all over the meat and cheese which formed part of the buffet, which itself was substantial and well presented.. A fly zapper or sticky strip would perhaps be a good idea. 9/10 for me, it would have been 10/10 apart from the...
