"interior photos of the home was accurate however the exterior of the home is less than desirable with overgrown weeds dirty garbage cans and loose gravel for the walkway.This home has an additional apt for another family although nothing is shared except the parking lot, This home i believe is bettor equip to accomodate a younger crowd and not the 65+ age group with its steep stairway to the bedroom and a porcelin tub that has to be climb into hopefully without a fall. But we did like the shower...

"I was in town for my grandson's wedding and 22 members of my family were staying at an 8 bedroom house. Needless to say, I needed a quiet place to stay. THIS WAS IT...A basement apartment attached to a very nice family's house! It had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. And it turned out to be only 1 1/2 blocks from where all my kids and grandkids were staying (totally unplanned!). Neighborhood is quiet and nice. We loved the clean modern feel and the moving sand art table was so fun, we all found it to be completely mesmerizing. "Check in was easy. Maintenance arrived on time to move some furniture. They also made sure the back patio was swept clean for the dinner. It was wonderful to be able to set up and stay on site, and then leave it for the honeymooners after the wedding. The only thing we couldn't find was dishwasher soap. Otherwise, perfect for our needs."

"We ALL loved our stay at this property. Morgan made our stay VERY comfortable. Our communication with her was very prompt and kind. It is close to many places to eat and things to do in Ogden. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillow options and everything was very clean!! There was a fair amount of street noise, but she also provided ear plugs. "This host was very accommodating and communicated in a fast manner. There was not too many things that were within a walking distance but close to a bus route. With a car, there are groceries and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was partially stocked which is always appreciated. I felt I had privacy and safe. Very sweet host, grateful for the stay."

"The property is nice. It gives a historic feel to a remodeled unit. Unfortunately, there was still some evidence of the remodeling. There was dust and even large pieces of sawdust in the bedroom drawers. I was told I would get check out instructions, which never happened. We notified the management of a broken door handle to a closet, they were very responsive and timely. I would stay there again even with the minor inconveniences."
