The hotel itself is in Heartshead Moor services and when you book and pay for the hotel they DON'T tell you there's a £15 DAILY CAR PARKING CHARGE - ON TOP of the room that you only find out about when you actually arrive at the reception desk. Apart from that the hotel itself was fairly clean with basic but clean amenities etc.

Quite in the rear side of the hotel, comfortable bed and room. Friendly service, please book with the hotel directly for free parking, if not then there is a charge for parking each day! Payable at the hotel in the services.

Good sleep

Had a lovely peaceful sleep, comfy bed in room 013, with garden view. Excellent access to motorway and other routes. Will be back again soon.

Room not in great condition. Dirty bathroom. Only 3 thin pillows - asked for more but told there were no extras. There was no shower gel in dispenser. Only one towel provided for 3. Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke (although room was ok). No one on reception in the evening, no locked internal doors so didn't feel very secure. However beds comfortable, convenient location and cheap price!

A Bargain Rate

A curtailed three night stay post Christmas to attend a football match which was postponed, so I went home a day early. A great rate for a room warm and cosy.
