"Lovely experience and great service "

"Everything about the hotel was consistent with the excellent service and environment we have always experienced. Ample parking was convenient. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The bright and spacious room was ultra-clean, with lots of towels and all we needed, including a place to set our luggage and hang/store clothes, handy mirrors, etc. Very well designed, as usual. The bathroom was immaculate and we enjoyed the excellent shower. The beds and pillows were amazing and we had a great sleep. What we appreciate most about this chain is the consistent cleanliness, quality fixtures, comfortable sleeping and fragrance-free environment. Our only item for improvement would be: the TV was limited and we would have enjoyed the option to sign onto our streaming services like Netflix. Our highest priority is fragrance-free though and as long as that is happening, we are lifelong patrons."

"The place was clean and well equiped. Nice located too, at 5 minutes from the Park. We would have liked to know that there was no cable TV. Our host was kind enough to allow us to watch the Canadians hockey game on her own Prime account. It was greatly appreciated."
