"A lovely flat in a great location. The only thing that let it down was the communal hallway, which was very dirty and had a lot of rotting rubbish left at the bottom of the stairs. It was very smelly, with flies buzzing about and this took the edge off the stay. Property manager was very responsive and helpful to any questions we had. Would stay again if the communal area was sorted. "

"I cannot comment on my stay as when i areived at the property there was no instructions no host tge number i was given for the host was non existent and the email address wasnt active. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone in my honest opinion its a scam."

"Terrible communication from host. We spent the whole stay without hot water or internet.The property was lovely, but we were left on theStreet unable to get in until 7pm (check in was at 4pm). We knew it was upstairs, but the host did not share it was on the 3rd storey (6 flights of stairs). The property was ill equipped (not plug or washing up bowl; no oven trays; iron but no board etc.I messaged and messaged the host and got no reply - eventually phoned Vrbo support who were great, but...

"Good place to stay in Brighton. Everything was well organized, clean, and easy to access. Small walk up the hill from the train station and a decent walk to the coast. "
