DO NOT STAY HERE! SCAM! No electricity, hot water and no customer service
We were very excited to stay at this property as the location and area seemed great.However less than 48 hours before our stay the hosts cancelled on us! Which put us in a very tight and stressful spot because where are you going to get replacement accomodation for any reasonable pricewith less than 2 days notice?Thankfully the following day, less than 24 hours before we initially planned our stay we were offered an alternative. However I can hardly consider this a favour moreso than the bare minimum after being cancelled on with so little notice!We accepted of course since we had little option anyway, but after a very stressful check-in process we made it in the end.But the real issue was that the flat itself was not fit for living! There was NO ELECTRICITY for the majority of our stay (it was only switched on at 2am when it was frankly irrelevant to us at that point of the night). This not only meant there was NO HOT WATER, but the showers are elctrically powered so we couldn't even clean ourselves during our stay because there were NO SHOWERS!Worst of all was the complete lack of communication despite trying on multiple occasions to reach out via phone. Furthermore, since then we haven't even received an apology from the hosts and the hosts have been incredibly rude when communicating with us since then.TLDR, DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS A SCAM!
