"The hotel is beautiful down to the last detail. Service was excellent. My only complaint was the attitude of some of the staff. There are these young men dressed in suits you see around the hotel. They are not friendly. They seem more like bouncers than hotel staff. They do NOT give off the vibe of someone who wants to ensure you stay is comfortable. They seem bothered if you ask them anything. Who are they? Don't know. But they are employed by the hotel. Also, at dinner the person greeting us at the restaurant gave us the vibe that he was looking down on us. On the other hand, a morning waiter for breakfast was SUPER friendly and helpful. Can't remember his name. Short hispanic guy. They should give him a raise."

"Currently under construction, so you have to deal with that, but the rooms were great, the pool was the highlight of the stay on a very hot summer day. The grill next to the pool has great food. The Milk House was wildly overpriced for an iced latte costing $9. I’d go somewhere else for that. Rooms have nespresso pods , so that made up a little bit for it."
