"This place is such a hidden gem. Though a truly historic Inn with a long history, Sabrina and Patrick are helping turn it into a travel destination. The building dates from the 1840s, but the rooms are squeaky clean and quiet - even though it is an all wood building. And the grounds, with a beautiful setting in Lake Canadarago, chimeneras, docks into the lake, is completely refreshing. The on-site bar and restaurant tempt you from leaving (although the restaurant was not yet open for the season when I was there), but the Innkeepers are the real reason this place is worth checking out. They are attentive to everything and want to ensure your visit to the House and the area are the best it can be."

"Everything about this property was perfect. The scenic view from our room was beautiful. The room was modern and in excellent condition. We booked our stay for a family wedding in a venue in the nearby town of Jordanville, and it was a convenient distance while allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Cooperstown. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we asked for suggestions of places to eat the recommendations by the front desk staff were perfect. The little beach area with chairs was appreciated by my husband and I for some quiet reflection time and to soak in all the beautiful scenery."

"The rooms are very modern and clean. Location is perfect, walking distance to Main St. and all of downtown as well as the HOF Museum. Nice lobby amenities for snacks and breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very kind, super friendly and did her best to figure out our Roku TV that we couldn’t get to connect to any live shows for news or sports. The Roku channels were just replaying outdated repeats of prior broadcasts. Other than that, highly recommend to stay here. "
