Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City
Staff was great. We hurried to catch the airport shuttle but missed it. The hotel sent a Lyft driver after us. It was so great not to have to wait for the next shuttle. The room was very nice and big! Double sinks made getting ready so much quicker. The breakfast was great - fresh fruit, real eggs, ...

The Grand America Hotel
My favorite. I love the Grand and everything about with the exception that bath salts and bubble bath was taken away. I would like to see this bought back. Steven and Mike with the bell service have been excellent with all my visits. See you soon!

Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City
Staff was fine. I was in room 2344. To get hot water in the sink or shower, I had to have the hot water on fully in both and then wait several minutes. After that, the temperature would still not stay constant. I handled it OK, but I expect more from Hyatt Regency.
