"Lovely room, spotless, beds & pillows a little hard. Crisp linen and fresh towels and gorgeous shower gels and soaps etc supplied. Little disappointed nothing on the tv other than paid for movies, couldnt even listen to radio or watch freeview when chiling out for a while. Room was lovely and quiet and nice blackout curtains too. "

"As the hotel is under refurbishment the standards are very poor cold rooms "

"Evrything was fine ,there was an issue with the swimming tho , there were children unsupervised in the pool messing about and ruining it for everyone ,one was with an adult and dived in !!!!apart from the danger to themselves they ruined it for othervpatrons ,we did report it and realise its not the hotels issue but they would look vinto it and liaise withh those responsible for the pool. Staff in hotel were lovely and helpful.👍"

"Check in was a mess and ended up having to pay more becuase they ignored my messages for an additional bed being made up (WHICH WAS IN THE DESCRIPTION) They then upgraded me AT MY COST to a room with a bath in the bedroom, I was with my 11 year old daughter CLUELESS AVOID"

"Great location along the sea front and nice spa and restaurant, staff were friendly and helpful and the deluxe sea view room was bigger than expected. "

"Their system said I had not paid for breakfast, I had. The room was not cleaned without my insistence, apparently they were too busy! Spent 90 mins in foyer while it was done. Room keys did not work very well. Changed but still not working properly. Woken just before midnight on final night, banging on door, He refused to say who it was, Said I had to prove who I was as no one should be in the room. No apology given. A man banging on my door just before midnight telling me to identify myself to him smacks of the travel lodge incident where women are put at risk. Following morning, no apology, blaming the company we booked through, finally offered a small refund which I am having to claim through a third party. I had very little sleep after the incident. Left as soon as possible as I was left feeling very uncomfortable. There was a real sense that I was an inconvenience. All problems were the fault of anyone but them. Very poor customer service. Not a good experience at all. Returned home far more tired than when I left. Not good fro a short break."
