"We had a good experience at the Hilton in Appleton and would stay there again ."

"Room was ok. Bed so uncomfortable. Very worn down. Very few luggage racks and so few staff. One person ran the drink station for the whole water area. So many people walked away. Kids part is fun but all the game area is worn and many are out of order. Could be a great place is they would put a little into it and had more staff. Sad."

"Everything was decent but our room had cleanliness concerns. All the surfaces were visibly dirty or sticky, the floors needed vacuuming, the halls were about the same. For $200 a night I would have expected better."

"The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. "

"The whole hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom sinks are so low. You have to bend over to wash your face or anything like that. The toilet kept making noises. The fan was loud and made weird noises. Paint on the bathroom counter from when the walls were painted. The carpet on the floor was disgusting throughout the hotel. Just needs to be completely undated/remodeled."
